About Ariel

As far back as she can remember, Ariel has been moving — not just through places, but through stories. Growing up in her family’s construction real estate business, she moved in and out of many buildings, each one carrying its own story, the layers of memory left behind.

Sereia was born at the intersection of Ariel’s personal journey through writing and her professional path through communication and leadership. She holds an MA in applied linguistics — a field that deepened her understanding of how language shapes connection, identity, and negotiation and culminated in a family ethnography. Her career has woven through real estate, marketing, and mentorship, giving her a unique ability to see both the tangible and intangible elements of transition.

Raised in a multilingual home as the daughter of an immigrant, Ariel learned early how power, privilege, and identity shape even the simplest forms of communication. Her lived experiences across Europe, Hawaii, Latin America, New England, and the Pacific Northwest have attuned her to a wide spectrum of voices, cultures, and relational dynamics — all of which inform the approach she developed at Sereia.

At her core, Ariel is a writer who believes deeply in the power of human stories. Sereia exists to help individuals and organizations tell theirs. With every project, the goal is to elevate communication, foster genuine connection, and create space for meaningful transformation.

Ariel is a licensed REALTOR® and holds the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) designation with the National Association of Realtors. REALTOR PROFILE HERE.

Ariel’s passion projects and publications are OVER HERE, often in a chaotic state of flux.
