With specific training in linguistic profiling, negotiation, conflict resolution, and the delicacy of words, we provide language coaching designed to give you the tools needed to choose the right words and the right time for clarity and impact.

Service packages
Hourly Consulting or Review
Consulting hours are $150 per hour, as are general reviews or audits of written work or brand stories.
We will talk with you at the first intake consultation at no cost and return with a proposal for services or discuss a sliding hourly rate at initial consultation. Hourly consulting can be credited towards other packaged services if a packaged service is elected after the 1st or 2nd consultation.
Brand or Story Review
For new or developing businesses. A comprehensive review of your brand or origin story starts at $300.
How does your new or emerging business appear to general audiences? Where do you lose your audience and what can you do about it? Includes initial discussion of brand and goals, review of online and print materials, and analysis of digital curb appeal.
Can include optional test audience feedback, reputation management (reviews) recommendations, and editing or design services at additional cost.
Organizational Communication
For developing businesses or businesses experiencing communication breakdown or failure to thrive. Also for individuals within these organizations who are struggling to be heard or to lead effectively or to retain clientele.
Is your organization experiencing high turnover, disgruntled, confrontational, or non-productive staff? Are you struggling to lead or to perform in your role? Includes initial discussion of issues and an analysis of communication structure, style, flows and roadblocks. We will explore internal communication, external communication, upward / downward communication as well as horizontal communication and provide a comprehensive look at these key areas where communication is struggling and provide the tools for repair.

Story Curating
For anyone with a story they want to explore, or a story they want preserved. This includes histories of houses, buildings, or family stories.
We are actively seeking story projects! We will talk with you at the first intake consultation at no cost and hear your story. Is it a story of the house you or your family grew up in? Is it neighborhood lore? Is it a story of family past?
If you are in the Portland, Oregon Metro area and own your home, we can look into historic records to see what stories emerge.
Story curating is proposed on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific project and often at a highly discounted flat fee.
