What if I'm not sure what I need?
We get that question a lot. Often when you’re stuck, you know you need something but you’re not sure what it is or what the best course of action might be. If something on our website resonates with you, we encourage you to reach out. We have helped individuals who are trying to receive recognition at work, sole proprietors in need of basic business set up or advice, to larger organizations going through mergers. When you contact Sereia, our first conversation will be lengthy and at no cost. Let’s talk!
-
What do services cost?
Our first conversation with you is at no cost. We will take the time to listen and ask clarifying questions and then either discuss options for working together, steps to take on your own, and/or let you know when you will receive a written proposal for services. We will propose either a flat fee for these services or we may agree to work at an hourly rate. Our standard hourly rate is $150 per hour and we do have a sliding scale for not-for-profit organizations and others in unique circumstances.
-
Can we meet in person / virtually?
The initial conversation is via phone. After agreeing to engage in services we will perform services in the best manner that serves your needs - that may be in person at your place of business or over a coffee together, or it may be virtual sessions via video or telephone. Everyone prefers to work differently and we are flexible around each person’s or organization’s need. We will suggest a particular method should we feel it benefits your particular case, such as coming into your business to evaluate particular workflows.
-
Do you have case studies or references?
Yes! Case studies are an important way for you as a potential client to evaluate if we might be a good fit. We are working on getting a few case studies up on our website. Until then, we have references upon request and we can go over specific relevant case studies with you during our initial conversation.
-
What does an agreement for services consist of?
We use a standard proposal and engagement for services and require that these be acknowledged and signed before we will begin work and before you commit to anything. We have very clear processes that is outlined during our initial conversation.
-
Do you travel or take clients that are not local?
For individual consulting services held via phone or virtual meetings, we do not travel. If you have an organization or a business and would like us to evaluate your process or provide consulting services for your team, we can travel and often recommend it. Usually this is something that would be evaluated after the initial sessions.
